Shortside privacy policy
Effective — July 12, 2026
Shortside is made by RJHC Development LLC, Connecticut, USA. This policy covers the Shortside app. Our website’s policy is at rjhcdevelopment.com/privacy.
What the app collects, and why
No accounts. Shortside does not require an account, and we do not collect your name, email, or contacts through the app.
Your practice data. Sessions, drills, and results you record are stored on your device. They are not uploaded to our servers.
Purchases and subscriptions. Payment is handled by Apple. To unlock what you’ve paid for and restore purchases, we process subscription status through RevenueCat using an anonymous identifier — not your name or Apple Account. We receive transaction records (product, price, dates, region), never your payment details.
The app contains no third-party analytics.
Third-party processors
| Processor | What they do for us | Their policy |
|---|---|---|
| Apple | Payment processing, App Store delivery | apple.com/legal/privacy |
| RevenueCat | Subscription status and receipts | revenuecat.com/privacy |
Retention
Your practice data lives on your device and is deleted when you delete the app. Purchase records are kept as long as needed to provide the app and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Your choices
Manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions on your device. To ask about data associated with your anonymous identifier, email us — include the app name.
Changes
We’ll post updates here and revise the effective date.
