Billing and refunds

Purchases in our iOS apps are billed by Apple, not by us. To manage or cancel a subscription, open Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions on your device; to request a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account. Purchases in our web apps are billed through Stripe — manage or cancel from the billing page inside the app, and email us with any refund question.

Something isn't working

Email us with the app name, your device and iOS version or browser, and what happened — what you expected and what you saw instead. A screenshot helps. We reply within 1 business day.

Data and privacy

Each app's privacy policy is linked from its page on this site. The policy for this website is at /privacy. If you have a question the policies don't answer, email us.
