This site provides general information about our studio and our apps. It is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Our apps
Our apps are governed by their own terms, not by this page. Downloading or purchasing one of our iOS apps is subject to the App Store terms and, where noted on its page, that app's own terms and privacy policy. Using one of our web apps is subject to that app's terms and privacy policy, with payments processed by Stripe.
Intellectual property
The content of this site, the RJHC Development wordmark, and our app names belong to RJHC Development LLC. Don't reuse them without permission.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to disrupt the site or use it unlawfully.
Limitation of liability
This site is free and provided for general information. To the fullest extent the law allows, RJHC Development LLC is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your use of it — including from relying on information here or from the site being unavailable. Some liability can't be excluded by law, and nothing here limits those rights.
Governing law
