Splitplan privacy policy
Effective — July 12, 2026
Splitplan is made by RJHC Development LLC, Connecticut, USA. This policy covers the Splitplan web app. Our website’s policy is at rjhcdevelopment.com/privacy.
What the app collects, and why
Your account. Splitplan uses an email address and password (or a sign-in link) so your programs are available wherever you sign in. We don’t ask for your name, and we never sell or share your address.
Your programs. The programs, exercises, and progress you create are stored in our database so they sync across your devices and shared links keep working.
Payments. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers — we receive transaction records (product, price, dates) and your billing status.
The app contains no third-party analytics and no advertising trackers.
Third-party processors
| Processor | What they do for us | Their policy |
|---|---|---|
| Stripe | Payment processing | stripe.com/privacy |
| Vercel | Application hosting | vercel.com/legal |
| Neon | Database hosting for your data | neon.tech/privacy |
Retention
Your account and program data are kept while your account exists and deleted within 30 days of account deletion. Transaction records are kept as long as our legal and accounting obligations require.
Your choices
Manage or cancel your subscription from the billing page in the app. Delete your account from settings — that removes your programs and personal data on the schedule above. Questions or a manual deletion request: email us.
Changes
We’ll post updates here and revise the effective date.
